Y Pop-UpAugust 2023 - Present
I joined my university’s culinary club in sophomore year just for fun (and food). As a member of the business team, I illustrate, serve, and work a little magic for the 80+ guests that come to our bi-weekly pop-ups. Our goal is to serve 5-course, restaurant-quality meals at cost. The menus and invites that I design are playful and experimental, just like our dishes. My favorite part of Pop-Up is the morning of, when anticipation is high and spirits are even higher. On these days, I am on my feet from 11 to 11. I wouldn’t spend my Friday any other way.  

I am currently working on a cookbook zine which will feature our favorite recipes from the 2024 - 2025 school year
